Public Postings are paid postings.
  Owners Managers, contact information, is public and renters will contact advertisers directly to arrange showings and leasing. Owners will be eligible to access tenant leads free for the duration of the posted advertisement or Memberships
   

Membership
  Membership is only $360.00 per year or $30.00 per month. Members are allowed to post unlimited listings of up to 3 registered apartment complexes of 5 units each or more. Members with single family units and up to 5 unit complexes may post unlimited postings for any combination of 15 units.

Additional complexes or small property portfolios can be enrolled for an additional $120.00 annual membership per complex of 5 units or more and up to 5 units for small property portfolios. That is $10.00 per month, per building, for unlimited postings. Members receive 50% discounts on paid advertising in the public listings program. Standard Posting *The property contact information will be accessible to all users for up to 4 weeks and then will be switched to private listing automatically.
If you choose the Public option, your personal contact information will be made available to the general public, increasing the overall interest in your property and response rate. The users will not have to be registered to get these details.
