Tenants will be encouraged to opt in to our Tenant Leads List where owners and property management companies will contact them with offers of the best apartment rates and promotions they are offering at the time. Tenants realize finding the right apartment when they need it can be time consuming. Why not have owners calling and competing for their business and finding them the right apartment. ....................................................................................... Every Tenant who opts in for tenant leads will be assigned an account manager who’s goal will be to stay with the tenant until there needs are met. The Tenants who agree to lease through GoTenantPlus with the help of our account managers will be eligible for a bundle of rebates for both leasing and moving services. Every Tenant who opts in for the leads list program will automatically be registered and eligible to be a reseller of GoTenantPlus products and services. When a tenant sign-up their landlord or a property management company for Online Rent Services they will receive a $25.00 rebate from GoTenantPlus. In addition, they will be offered the opportunity to join our Reseller’s Program. ....................................................................................... Owners will be allowed to advertise there listings for Free. They will be asked to pay a fee to open there contact information and to advertise there move-in specials. Owners who sign-up for the Gold Program can be contacted by tenants direcly and no furthered assistance should be required from GoTenantPlus. ....................................................................................... Tenants who wish to contact a wider range of owners through Leads List will receive assistance from our account managers to arrange for the best leasing opportunities and the most free rent allowances and rebates possible from our owners and property managers at GoTenantPlus. For owners we are working to shorten the time for release of electronic rent payments GoTenantPlus will be adding new services for owners and tenants.
